Printing isn’t included in the Designed in a Day service but I provide a full printing guide at the end of the day.

I’ll recommend and connect you with a trusted printing partner who ships worldwide and offers excellent quality and value.

As a guide:

Invitation suites: approximately £3–£6 each, depending on the specification.

Remember, you generally need one invitation per household, not one per guest.

On-the-day stationery: approximately £300, depending on what you need and quantities.

These are indicative costs rather than fixed quotes.

Ideally, get in touch as soon as you know your wedding date and have your venue booked.

Your stationery timeline will depend on what you're ordering, but I’ll guide you through when to design, proof and send everything to print.

Yes! We’ve worked with clients in all 5 continents, for local and destination weddings, from Europe to Latin America and the US. And we’ve worked with many different cultures, including Indian, Persian, Jewish and Middle Eastern.

Plus we’re always open to learn about other wedding cultures, and we love a multicultural wedding!

No problem, we always design the core suite and keep the text fully editable for anything still to come (like the menu or exact timings!) 

Of course, we can offer a design only service, without the printing part!

We adjust the immersive depending on what you actually need, and they usually include up to 10 different templates, and we re-use some of the illustrations to mix and match to create all the designs in one day and give the suite a cohesive feel.

If you want to focus on invitations: then we will use the day to create gorgeous folded invites, and we can also add maps and illustrated itineraries.

If you want both invites and on the day goods in one single immersive: We will do a simpler (but still gorgeous!) design for the invites, details cards and RSVPs (ie: we wont be able to create folded designs or super detailed maps, but we will create different cards for your events as needed!) and spend some time developing menus, place cards and other “on the day” items for a fully cohesive suite, repeating and mixing some of the elements from the invites and adding some new ones!

If you only need us for Day Off items - we’ll use the immersive to create the most stunning signage, menus, welcome cards etc. And we can also include things like match boxes or small gifting items!

It depends on the number of unique designs you want.

We’ve designed Designed in a Day to cater to most weddings, but here’s some things that we can’t do as part of a single day, that would need 2 days at least for:

• If you want folded invitations or complex maps, we need a full day to design those on their own, so can’t include other designs like menus etc on the same day.

• If you want a welcome or itinerary booklet (multipage design with illustrations) this also needs a full day.

• If you’re doing multiple events for your wedding and want lots of unique stationery for each event. (We do lots of multiday weddings in one day, but we’re limited with how many unique designs we create for the days that aren’t “the main day”).

Yes! We love working with you on your Day-Of items including menus, place cards, seating charts, ceremony booklets, bar menus and more!

We can’t take smaller projects at this time, but we would love to work with you on your Save the Date AND invitation suite, or on your full Day Off Stationery project (menus, place cards, seating charts, thank you cards etc).
