We offer Immersive Design Sessions – a one-day, high-touch experience where you work directly with one of our artists to create all your wedding stationery in a single, creative session. It’s perfect if you want to be closely involved in the design process and walk away with a full set of personalised, hand-painted pieces. If you’re looking for something more elevated and expansive, we also offer The Luxe Design Experience, which includes custom stationery plus one-of-a-kind pieces like hand-painted backdrops, fans, scarves, and heirloom tableware.

We don’t offer in-house printing or mailing services, we focus exclusively on design. But we’re happy to recommend a trusted print partner we work with often. They’re an independent, family-run studio known for their beautiful craftsmanship, quick turnaround times, and global delivery.

Once your stationery design is finalised, we’ll send you a full set of print-ready files. You can then contact our recommended print partner directly, sharing your files and they’ll take care of the rest.
They’ll guide you through paper options, quantities, and any extra details you might want - like lined envelopes, calligraphy, or wax seals. They’ll also handle all the technical setup and deliver your finished stationery straight to your door, within 6 workings days no matter where in the world you are.
If you mention that you’re coming via our studio, they offer special pricing and priority support.

No problem at all! Everything we create is shared with you digitally via Canva, so there’s no need for physical shipping. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a shareable Canva link to access and edit your files. We’ll also send you a handy printing guide along with recommended print shops in your country, so you can get everything printed locally, easily and beautifully.

No problem at all. For Immersive Design Sessions, your artist begins designing at 9am (UK time) and sends the first draft by around 2pm (UK time). You’ll give feedback via email that afternoon. It’s designed to be flexible and easy, wherever you're based. Before your session, we’ll schedule an inspiration call to go over ideas. The studio works 9:30am–5pm UK time and we’re always happy to accommodate different time zones.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. All bookings are non-refundable, but if something comes up, we’ll do our best to reschedule.

Yes! We offer Ready-to-Print Stationery Templates—fully editable in Canva. You can change all the text, fonts, and colours to match your theme. They’re available as digital downloads and are perfect if you’re after something beautiful and flexible but more budget-friendly. You won’t be able to customise the hand-painted illustrations, but everything else is editable with just a few clicks.

Not much! We don’t need your final wording or complete details to create the designs. As long as you’ve chosen your venue and have a rough idea of the event flow or structure, we can get started on the design. We can work with you to explore layout, colour palette, and overall aesthetic, and you’ll be able to add or adjust the text later using your editable templates in Canva.

If you've worked with us on a custom stationery project, you're welcome to use your commissioned illustrations on your wedding website or digital materials. Just let us know how you plan to use them and we’ll make sure the files are optimised for your use.

We don’t currently offer envelope addressing or calligraphy in-house, but we can recommend talented calligraphers we’ve worked with if you’re looking for that final touch.

For custom stationery projects, we usually recommend booking at least 2–3 months ahead of when you'd like to start printing. Luxe Design Experiences may require a longer lead time depending on the scope. If you’re on a tighter schedule, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!

Yes—we occasionally take on non-wedding event projects (like birthday parties, milestone celebrations, or launches), especially if they’re creatively aligned with our style. If you have something fun or meaningful in mind, feel free to get in touch.

We don’t offer one-off custom designs, but our Ready-to-Print templates are ideal for that! They’re a great option if you only need one or two items and still want something beautiful and unique.

As much as we’d love to, we only take on projects related to weddings, events, or brand stationery. We work to a specific creative model and don’t currently have the capacity for personal commissions.
