Who we’re for

Our signature process — the Design Immersive Experience — was created for couples who want the high-end feel of a custom suite without the faff, overwhelm, or endless email chains.

It’s for you if:

  • You want something artistic, deeply personal and unlike anything else out there

  • You want someone to take the whole thing off your plate and nail it

  • You love the idea of working with a real artist who gets your vision and brings it to life — fast

We’ll gather your story and your inspiration, then our artist will turn it into something magical.

“The results absolutely blew away my expectations. The stationery is unique, beautiful and captures the vibe of what I explained I wanted the wedding to be”

— Courtney B - 2024 Bride

What it’s like to work with us

When you book our artist studio, you’re entering a creative collaboration.

We’re an all-female team who knows how to guide, advise and support you — creating designs that are dreamy and functional.
We make sure your stationery looks gorgeous and gives guests exactly what they need, when they need it.

We’re perfect for you if:

  • You want handcrafted stationery that tells your story and stands out

  • You’re busy, overwhelmed by choice, and want a process that just works

  • You’re designing an intentional wedding and want to reduce waste (we’ll gently advise — do you really need a welcome sign, or would an itinerary be more useful?)

  • You’ve got inspiration, but no clear vision — we’ll help you make sense of it all and translate it into designs that hit exactly the right vibe

Our signature Design Immersive process works because of how we do it:

  1. Fill in your questionnaire
We go beyond “Where’s the venue?” and dig into what actually matters — your stories, your style, trips and movies that inspire you . That’s how we create stationery that feels personal

2. Join our inspiration call
You’ll chat with your artist (who knows colour theory, design, and art history) to define the creative direction and get on the same page in terms of what items you actually need.

3. Collaborate on your Immersive Design Day
On your booked day, your artist works exclusively on your project — no distractions. You’ll receive proofs, give feedback, and shape the suite in real time.

4. Print your designs!
By the end of the day, you’ll have a complete, cohesive suite ready for the last text edits if needed, and to go to print

“I can't even begin to explain how many people have told me that our wedding invitations are their favorite they have ever received”

— Molly - 2026 bride

I'm feeling a bit lost… When should I be booking you or sending my invites?

We’ve got you! It’s normal not to know these things, after all most people are doing this for the first time, that’s why you’ve got us to guide you!

We understand the flow of the day, what needs to go on a menu, and how to word an RSVP. We’ve designed stationery for over 300 weddings and know what makes one unforgettable.

The timeline includes steps like talking about the proposal, telling friends, booking a venue, booking stationery, sending save the dates 12 months ahead, sending invitations 4-6 months prior, and the final engagement. Meet Ofelia & the team

Hi, I’m Ofelia — and I started this studio to be the opposite of generic.

Our work is inspired by you, your story, and the things that make your wedding special — but also by art history, travel, color theory and design.

Lots of wedding work looks the same because designers are copying each other (oops we said it!). We don’t do that. We draw from deeper creative wells to make something that’s both meaningful and beautiful. So your stationery won’t look like anybody else’s

I’ve brought together a small, brilliant team of female creatives who understand weddings, people and aesthetics. We’re known for our attention to detail, our design intuition, and the joy we bring to every project.

The wall behind her is decorated with colorful children's drawings and paintings, some of which feature flowers, animals, and abstract scenes. There is a table with books and a vase of hydrangeas to her left, and an easel with a painting to her right.

Why you should apply now

We only take on a handful of Design Immersives each month so we can give each one our full creative focus.

We’re currently booking for 2026 couples, with some last-minute 2025 slots available.

If you’re ready to tick stationery off your list (and actually enjoy the process), let’s get your date locked in asap.

Yes, we’ve gone viral — but this is about you

You might’ve seen our work on Pinterest or Instagram, or shared by some of the best planners in the world…

But our focus is always on your story — and how we can capture it in a way that feels beautiful, intentional and true to you.

Whether you're marrying in the Cotswolds, Croatia, or Cape Town — you join the inspiration call, and we’ll take it from there.

A set of illustrated cards with colorful, hand-drawn scenes of French countryside, including a barn, trees, and a river, with handwritten text in French and a small cheerful illustration of two hands holding wine glasses.

Yes, you can get it cheaper…

…but here’s what that usually means:

  • Cookie-cutter designs copied from someone else’s big day

  • Endless edits and slow responses

  • A designer who doesn’t understand wedding timelines or etiquette

  • A suite that looks disjointed and doesn’t work as a whole

Your wedding deserves better than that.
We offer a fast, expert-led, artistic service — from people who live and breathe this world.

And the end result? Invitations you will keep forever, maybe even frame, and menus and cards that stay in your keepsake box for your children to treasure, a lasting memory of your wedding day.

FAQS

  • Yes!

We’ve worked with clients in all 5 continents, for local and destination weddings, from Europe to Latin America and the US. And we’ve worked with many different cultures, including Indian, Persian, Jewish and Middle Eastern.

Plus we’re always open to learn about other wedding cultures, and we love a multicultural wedding!

  • No problem, we always design the core suite and keep the text fully editable for anything still to come (like the menu or exact timings!)

  • Yes! Depending on your budget we can either manage printing fully for you OR we can connect you with our trusted print partner who takes care of everything for you and ships internationally in 6 working days. We can also share with you our printing tips if you want to work with a local printer.

  • Of course! It really depends on your budget, some packages include direct design by me, others are led by our senior artists — always under my direction and high creative standards.

  • Of course, we can offer a design only service, without the printing part!

  • You’ll see designs throughout the day and shape them with us. We never leave you out of the loop and make sure you end up with a design you are obsessed with.

  • We adjust the immersive depending on what you actually need, and they usually include up to 10 different templates, and we re-use some of the illustrations to mix and match to create all the designs in one day and give the suite a cohesive feel.

If you want to focus on invitations: then we will use the day to create gorgeous folded invites, and we can also add maps and illustrated itineraries.

If you want both invites and on the day goods in one single immersive: We will do a simpler (but still gorgeous!) design for the invites, details cards and RSVPs (ie: we wont be able to create folded designs or super detailed maps, but we will create different cards for your events as needed!) and spend some time developing menus, place cards and other “on the day” items for a fully cohesive suite, repeating and mixing some of the elements from the invites and adding some new ones!

If you only need us for Day Off items - we’ll use the immersive to create the most stunning signage, menus, welcome cards etc. And we can also include things like match boxes or small gifting items!

  • It depends on the number of unique designs you want.

We’ve designed One Day Immersives to cater to most weddings, but here’s some things that we can’t do as part of a single day, that would need 2 days at least for:

    • If you want folded invitations or complex maps, we need a full day to design those on their own, so can’t include other designs like menus etc on the same day.

    • If you want a welcome or itinerary booklet (multipage design with illustrations) this also needs a full day.

    • If you’re doing multiple events for your wedding and want lots of unique stationery for each event. (We do lots of multiday weddings as One Day Immersives, but we’re limited with how mnay unique designs we create for the days that aren’t “the main day”).

Drop us an email if you’re not sure and we’ll happily advice and scope out options for you!

  • Yes! We love working with you on your Day Off items including menus, place cards, seating charts, ceremony booklets, bar menus and more!

  • We can’t take smaller projects at this time, but we would love to work with you on your Save the Date AND invitation suite, or on your full Day Off Stationery project (menus, place cards, seating charts, thank you cards etc).

Or if you really just need the one item, you can check our ready to print templates!
