Wedding Stationery
Our hand-painted Designed in a Day stationery packages are designed to save you thousands.
With our Designed in a Day offering, we'll create a suite of 10 bespoke designs that you can use across all your stationery – all designed in a single day.
To create personalised stationery in this format, we mix and match a set of custom illustrations in different templates (save the dates, orders of service, and place cards).
The templates come with editable text – so if you don't know some details, you can update them as you go.
Designed in a Day
Designed in a Day with Ofelia Botella, Studio Founder
- The cost is 1,800 GBP
- Earliest availability April 2024
- If you're in a big rush to get your stationery designed, we offer a limited amount of last-minute availability available for an additional £500 rush fee. Dates available on request
- If you need more designs we can book 2 Designed in a Day sessions - total price 3,200 GBP
Designed in a Day with a Studio Artist
- Adele is our Studio Artist who also completes Designed in a Day projects
- The cost is 800 GBP
- Earliest availability April 2024
- Your design will be fully created by Adele, our lovely studio artist, in the style of Ofelia Botella and supervised by Ofelia

What you get
- You get up to 10 different templates for your wedding, all exclusive to you. These can include a couple’s logo, a venue illustration, an additional illustration and 2 frames to mix and match with these
- Printing is done by you and not included in the cost, but I will send you all my tips to get the perfect print!
- The text in the templates is editable, so you can add more details as you get them (eg: you won't know the menu text until closer to the date, but you'll be ready to send the invites and save the dates much sooner).
- The 10 templates are created from a set of 3 illustrations and 2 frames that we then mix and match into all the formats.
- We advise you get in touch 6-12 months before your Wedding (depending on what templates you require) to ensure you get everything printed and sent in time!
How it works

For this process to work smoothly, we’ll need you to reply quickly.
We’ll book a 30 minute meet-and-greet before your design day to get to know your vision. We'll also send you a questionnaire to fill in before the call, which we’ll chat through.

Before the chosen design date, we'll send you a questionnaire to get all the details and inspiration so we're ready to go!

We’ll send you a mood board and draft to review before 1pm.
On the actual day, we’ll keep in touch by email – make sure you’re around for speedy replies or quick calls.

Once we’ve chosen a direction, we’ll polish it and share for two feedback rounds.
After that, we’ll finesse the designs.

We’ll create 10 different templates you can use across all your stationery items. We’ll also share a guide that shows you how to edit the text using Canva, plus some printing tips.
As this process takes some time, we’ll finish this step the day after our design day.
Designed in Two Days
10 templates not enough, or want a few more illustrations? Book two days back to back and we can add a little extra to your stationery, like a map, a booklet, a folded invite or a pattern.
By booking two design intensive days you’ll get 10 classic stationery templates, plus one more detailed item.
